Attendance program data | Monthly reports

2025

Attendance reports are generated on a monthly or bimonthly basis from the Attendance program, with the objective of monitoring the progress and participation of our beneficiaries. These reports allow us to identify the percentage of children with serious non-attendance, comparing the results between the first and second year of implementation. They also include the Chronic Absenteeism (CA) indicator, which is the key indicator on which our theory of change is based.

The information is presented differentiated by levels, such as NT (Transition Levels) and JI (Kindergarten), which facilitates a more detailed analysis. In addition, the overall average attendance is calculated and the data is contrasted with the official reports published by the Ministry of Education, providing a context aligned with national school attendance goals.

It is important to note that the main source of this data is our assistance platform that reads data from SIGE and GESPARVU, which allows for accurate and updated monitoring of relevant indicators. This information serves as a reference to understand the potential impact of the strategies implemented, without implying a direct evaluation of the program.

These reports are a valuable tool for educational and management teams as well as for families, providing timely data that guide continuous improvement actions in the field of early education.
