About Educational Management
Educational Management is a transversal area of work that collaborates closely with all the areas and programs of our foundation. Since its creation in 2020, it has sought to consolidate itself as a fundamental pillar to address various aspects related to early education and early teaching of English.
The main objective of this area is to provide support and accompaniment to our programs and teams, offering concrete strategies and specialized training in pedagogical interactions, instructional time focused on language and early English teaching. Through these actions, we seek to significantly improve pedagogical practices and, consequently, promote the achievement of quality learning in the children and young people who are part of our programs.
What does it consist of?
Educational Management is structured around four fundamental lines of work:
1. Development of pedagogical resources: Our goal is to provide teachers with the necessary tools to improve their pedagogical practices. We focus on designing and developing a wide range of pedagogical resources, adapted to the different programs and areas of our foundation. These resources include various trainings, online courses, support videos, integrated planning, teaching materials for classrooms, among others.
2. Education: We provide training and education to educational teams, technical managers, English teachers and management teams, with a special focus on the context of initial education and early English teaching. Our team is constantly trained and develops new courses that are tailored to the specific needs of our program users.
3. Promotion of pedagogical innovation: We promote and support the implementation of innovative ideas in the classrooms of our programs. We seek to create and improve strategies that effectively promote the learning of children and young people, testing new pedagogical methodologies that adjust to the particular needs of each territory. We aspire to promote quality and relevant education for all.
4. Collaboration with other institutions: We establish agreements and strategic alliances with other related institutions, with the aim of working collaboratively on common objectives. This collaboration allows us to share experiences, knowledge and materials, thus enriching initial education and early English teaching.
Through our work in the area of Educational Management, we seek to strengthen the educational system and contribute to the comprehensive development of children and young people, ensuring that they have access to a quality education that provides them with greater opportunities and success in their future.
